OUR RENT GUARANTEE SERVICE INCLUDES:

RECIEVE YOUR RENT IN FULL UNTIL YOU GET YOUR PROPERTY BACK: If a tenant doesn’t pay rent, our guarantee will cover the rent in full until you regain vacant possession of your property, up to a maximum rent of £8000 per month.

COVER ALL LEGAL EXPENSES REQUIRED TO EVICT NON-PAYING TENANT: All necessary legal expenses to evict a non-paying tenant are covered, ensuring you don’t have to worry about additional costs during the eviction process.

COVER UP TO £100,000 FOR ANY SINGLE CLAIM: Our service covers up to £100,000 for any single claim, providing extensive protection and financial security for you as a landlord.

MEDIATION SERVICE: you will be provided with a market leading mediation service to give you the best chance of getting your property back sooner.

Rent guarantee payments may be paid for an indefinite number of months until the vacant possession is gained, except where the tenant provides a valid defense to the eviction which case payments are capped at 12 months. 75% of the monthly rent paid after the vacant possession is gained in some circumstances. Total payment for any one claims is capped at £100,000.
